Smári Ásmundsson built Bygg Foods and created NØRSE CØDE. He spent 15 years in CPG before starting the company — including building Smári Organics, the first organic skyr in the US, into national retail distribution at Whole Foods, Costco, Kroger, and Safeway. He created NØRSE CØDE because he couldn't find a protein powder he'd feel comfortable giving his own son.
