Before NØRSE CØDE, I spent years building products people chose—not once, but again and again.

First as a photographer. Then in food, taking a single recipe all the way to national distribution.

That taught me something important:

If a product isn’t enjoyable, it doesn’t last.

Protein powder was a good example of what goes wrong when that rule is ignored.

I tried nearly everything available.

Most tasted chalky.

Many felt heavy.

Almost all were left half-used.

So I stopped looking for a better one—and made the one I wanted to finish.

NØRSE CØDE isn’t built to win on a label.

It’s built to be used.

Every decision comes back to the same standard:

Would I reach for this tomorrow?
