This is the axis the formula was built on. The blend is pea, rice and barley protein: three protein sources inside a label of 9 natural ingredients or less. The fiber in it is acacia, a prebiotic. It helps the shake feel like food instead of powder, and it also gives the shake its body, so one ingredient does the job two thickeners do elsewhere.
